What type of condoms do you sell?

For our custom condom orders, we use our own brand of FDA-approved, premium latex condoms. They are lubricated and have a 4 to 5 year shelf life. In some cases, we can use brand name condoms like Trojan, Durex and Lifestyles for your custom order. We also sell Trojan, Durex, and other brand name condoms at bulk prices.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Depending on the status of inventory, we do our best to ship out orders within a few days. If your item is in stock, we're typically able to ship within 24 - 36 hours from receiving it.

Where does Say It With A Condom ship?

We ship our condoms to most countries. If you’re ordering condoms and are unsure if we ship to your country, please e-mail us at support@sayitwithacondom.com or click the “chat with us” button on the bottom of the screen.

Who do you ship with?

We partner with the USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship most orders.

Where do you ship from?

We ship most of our orders from New Jersey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world (except for Singapore, Iran, Mexico, North Korea and most of South America). On our site, we offer shipping options from the USPS that can take anywhere from 3 - 15 days to be delievered (or longer sometimes). Do you ship discreetly?

Yes! We ship in plain manilla envelopes or brown boxes depending on what suits the size of your order. The name on the shipping label will appear as SIWAC.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

Bummer, but unfortunately this is how overseas trade works. Check your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once your order arrives. We wish we could ship to all of you without the fees, but the law is the law.

Where’s my order?

Please check the tracking number in your confirmation email (it may be in your spam folder) or click on the “Track Your Order” link on the bottom the site. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please contact us at 866-997-6542. Keep in mind that USPS/FedEx tracking numbers may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful information. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received the tracking number for your US order, or over 5 weeks for your international order, please contact customer support by emailing us at support@sayitwithacondom.com or calling us at 866-997-6542. Please note that if you are an international customer, we can not be responsible if it is taking longer than normal for your order to be processed in a timely matter by your countries postal system.

Order stuck at customs?

We ship our condoms to over 62 countries on a regular basis and from time to time, they may get held up at customs. Prior to producing or shipping any order internationally (especially ones over 1,000 pieces), we confirm with our shipping courier that they can be delivered without a probelm. If we believe there will be an issue we'll convey the risk to you or even refund your order. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of your countries customs department, there isn't anything we can do to expedite the processing of your order. If your order won't be released or is being sent back to us, we can not be held responsible as laws change on a regular basis in regards to international trade. For orders that are sent back to us, we are happy to ship them to you at your cost. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are stuck in customs or returned to us.

Are there different condom sizes?

All our condoms are standard-sized condoms that fit most. To be more exact, they’re 50mm wide (Trojan Magnums are 52mm wide, FYI). If you need a non-standard size for designing your own condom the minimum quantity is 280,000 pieces.

Are your condoms FDA-approved?

Yes, all of our products are FDA-approved.

Oops! I messed up my order, what do I do?

If you made a goof and messed up on a stock condom design order, call us at 1-866-997-6542 and we can make adjustments within one hour of receiving your order. If you mistakenly approved a custom condom design order, please call us immediately at 1-866-997-6542. However, note that production may have already commenced on your approved custom condom design.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If Say It With A Condom screws things up, we will gladly offer you a refund on your purchase. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any return for health and security reasons. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, shoot us an email at support@sayitwithacondom.com detailing the issues and we will try our best to work something out, assisting you in any way we can. Refunds are issued as store credit and we cannot refund or reimburse shipping expenses.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes! We accept wholesale orders for our pre-designed and custom condom options. Please email us at wholesale@sayitwithacondom.com.

How does the purchase show up on my bill?

Your purchase will appear as SIWAC.

What payment methods do you accept?
